How to Beat Stress and Restore Energy Balance

Stress falls into the domain of medical science, but according to many studies, its exclusive medical interpretation doesn’t meet the essence of things. Medicine as a science has done a lot for mankind, but it still hasn’t reached to the core of his being. According to Elly Kleinman, the founder of one of the biggest health care institutions named Americare Companies and the founder of Kleinman Holocaust Education Center shared on Facebook a study that explains how stress is exactly a phenomenon that is directly linked to the very essence of the human existence.

Life is nothing more but a process of adaptation to various conditions in which we get live. Avoiding stress in these conditions is simply not possible, which leaves an important question: what has stress done to the man? Has it completely devastated and destroyed him, or perhaps encouraged and strengthened him?

Kleinman is a well-known activist and Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Camp Kaylie and he has actively been involved in the health care industry for over 30 years. In his experience, Kleinman learned that today's medicine is not sure how stress affects health and emotional life of people. Stress by itself is not a big problem. But once it gets to a person that isn’t best at responding to specific challenges, it becomes a real problem. The next logical question that Elly Kleinman refers to is how quickly are we able to resist stress situations?

By adapting to certain challenges, individuals react biochemically and physiologically. This process of adjustment draws the energy out of the body. If a person is exposed to too much stress and not enough rest, this will weaken the organism, which will reflect in every aspect of the person’s life. People who suffer from stress are more easily subjected to diseases, mainly psychosomatic, says Kleinman from Americare's Headquarters.

Symptoms of stress often include an inexplicable feeling of suffocation, breathing problems, anxiety, frustration, depression, a general feeling of frustration and aimlessness. The accumulated stress corrupts interpersonal relationships, as it reduces the clarity of mind and openness of emotions.

There is no easy way for Kleinman to discover how resistant to stress are you, as the essence of stress can’t be deciphered without deciphering the mechanism of natural adaptation. Using existing adaptive and defense mechanisms, the body tries to overcome not only undesirable but often very dangerous situations, in which it founds itself. The body is trying to adapt to such situation by activating the adrenal glands and secretion of glucocorticoids. Adaptation syndrome is a collection of various reactions of the organism against any form of aggression or external influence. These reactions allow the body to a certain limit to submit the processes that are taking place under the influence of stress.
